WIRELESS CHARGING PAD INSTRUCTIONS

Our charging pad is compatible with any phone (or other device) that support Qi wireless charging, eg iPhone 8 and later.

 

The charging pad must be connected to a USB adaptor.

 

For optimum performance use a QC3.0 USB adapter with 9V/2A output or higher.

 

To charge your phone simply place it centrally on the charging pad until charging is indicated on the phone and the LED light on the pad turns blue.

 

The LED indicator light on the charging pad has three different states:

 

Solid RED – charger has power and is in standby ready to charge

 

Solid BLUE – device is charging correctly

 

Flashing RED/BLUE – device is not charging correctly.

 

This can be due to several factors:

Device is not positioned correctly on the pad

Device case is too thick to allow for wireless charging

Device is not Qi compatible

Device is fully charged

Note that phones that support optimised battery charging may appear not to charge at certain times, see https://support.apple.com/en-us/108055.  This is not due to a fault with the charger.
